Plan Your Visit

Welcome

We are excited to welcome you, whether you are visiting for the first time or returning after some time away. At Sharon, we believe church is more than a building. It is a family where you can experience God’s love, grow in your faith, and connect with people who care.

Right now, our church building is undergoing an exciting renovation, but our mission and heart remain the same. During this season, we are meeting at our temporary location:

Hope Community Church
3021 Griffith Street, Charlotte, NC

We are deeply grateful to our friends at Hope Community for opening their doors to us. Although the walls may be different, the worship, fellowship, and Bible-based teaching you will find are still the same Sharon that has served the Charlotte community for years.

Visiting a new church can feel overwhelming. That is why we provide everything you need to plan your visit, from details about our worship services and children’s programs to opportunities for fellowship and service. If you are looking for a friendly church in Charlotte, NC, where families are welcome and the Bible is central, you will feel at home here.

We cannot wait to meet you, worship together, and grow in Christ side by side.

When You Arrive

Parking
During our renovation, parking for our services is available in two ways: in the small on-site parking area and in approved nearby business lots.

Several local businesses have graciously allowed us to use their parking during worship services, and we are very thankful for their generosity.

A parking map is available below showing all approved locations. When you arrive, our friendly deacons will be near the road to help guide you and answer any questions.

Once a month, children can look forward to a special Children’s Church, where they enjoy fun crafts and a worship service designed just for them. Plus, every week during our main worship service, kids are invited to gather for a heartwarming children’s story that’s sure to inspire and delight.
